Job Description

As a Data Science Manager in the S&C GN team at Accenture, you will join a dynamic and innovative group specializing in the Contact Center domain. Our team is committed to revolutionizing customer interactions through data-driven intelligence. We focus on optimizing contact center operations by harnessing the power of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and advanced analytics. Your role will involve leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to enhance customer experiences and streamline contact center operations. You will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning Generative AI models to automate responses, improve self-service capabilities, and enhance customer interactions. Building and deploying ML models for intent classification, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics will also be part of your duties. Customer segmentation and behavioral analysis will play a crucial role in identifying patterns, personalizing recommendations, and driving targeted engagement strategies. You will work on optimizing conversational AI workflows to enhance intent recognition, response generation, and real-time decision-making. Analyzing large-scale customer interaction data to extract actionable insights and refine business strategies will be integral to your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, will be essential to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing platforms. As a manager, you will lead stakeholder engagement, client communication, and business development efforts. You will translate complex AI/ML insights into actionable business strategies and present them to senior leadership and clients. Driving data-driven solutions, understanding client pain points, and identifying new opportunities for innovation and expansion will be key aspects of your role. Your strong interpersonal and negotiation skills will be instrumental in fostering successful partnerships and driving long-term business impact.
