Worst customer service. They make fake token to increase the wait time. They don't care about customers whether senior citizen or normal. The attitude of the staff is very bad.

Good for people with local accounts. Personally I did not find the staff to be helpful to non local customers.

Pls kindly do the need full to customer for pass book Barcode I waited 2 weeks, really very disappointed with SBI, our old SBM is much better

Manager Mr.Vinay is very knowledgeable and resourceful person. It is one stop Branch for all the financial needs.

Though they say it is open from 10am, staff come at 10am and takes 15mins before they log into the system and start attending to customers
