I have submitted 2 different claims in separate files at your office. However received email for 1 claim only. Further customer care asking for tracking number which you didn't provided. In addition the contact number provided on this page is not working. Kindly update local office contact number in the page.

Never go for SBI General Insurance. You will apply for something, they will do something else and then will never listen to you.
