Key Responsibilities: Back Office Operations Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation. Coordinate with different departments for workflow updates. Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups. Manage data entry with accuracy and confidentiality. CRM & Customer Support Handle CRM software to update client information and track interactions. Follow up with clients for pending documents, queries, and feedback.
