Role Description We're hiring a UX/UI Graphic Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications all aligned with our brand and business goals. You'll create design assets across multiple touch points, collaborate with teams across product and marketing, and own the design system that keeps everything cohesive. The role combines hands-on UI/UX work with graphic design, motion, and creative production for cross-channel campaigns. Key Responsibilities Design engaging, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create graphic assets, illustrations, social media creatives, marketing materials, and motion/video-led content for campaigns. Collaborate with developers and marketing team to deliver cohesive, on-brand experiences. Develop and maintain a design system, component library, and brand guidelines. Drive end-to-end design processes from concept sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity UI prototypes and implementation support. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices and bring new ideas to the table. Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and quality across all deliverables. What We're Looking For Must-Have 46 years of professional experience in UI/UX design , covering both interface and experience design. Solid portfolio demonstrating UI, graphic, and (ideally) motion/video-led work(link required when applying) Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Photoshop , Sketch , Illustrator , and Adobe XD (or similar tools). Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, composition, interaction design, and usability . Experience or willingness to create motion graphics , simple animations , or video content (After Effects or equivalent). Comfort working remotely and independently , across CST hours , managing multiple projects and tight deadlines. Familiarity with developer handoff workflows (frontend knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS is a plus, not required). Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field. Willing to work in CST hours Nice to Have Experience designing for SaaS products , healthcare (preferably dental industry), or lead-generation platforms . Prior experience with US-based teams or campaigns targeting US audiences . Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
