Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a (MBBS) Medical Doctor based in Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. The Medical Doctor will provide professional healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating patients, conducting medical assessments, and prescribing medications. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to devise treatment plans, maintaining accurate patient records, and participating in training programs and community health initiatives to improve healthcare services in underserved areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Qualifications Medical expertise in diagnosis, treatment, and patient care Skills in medical procedures and prescribing medications Experience in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to treatment planning Experience in public health programs, community health outreach, and preventive care is advantageous Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities MBBS or equivalent degree with a valid medical license in India Willingness to work in rural and underserved areas
