Role Objective The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving business performance across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu (individual) , ensuring achievement of sales, distribution, and profitability objectives through effective team leadership and market development. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the regional field sales team Drive secondary & primary sales performance across assigned markets Ensure achievement of sales, coverage, and productivity targets Develop and strengthen relationships with stockists, distributors, and trade partners Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities Ensure adherence to ethical & generic sales practices and organisational policies Implement sales strategies, business plans, and promotional initiatives Review performance metrics and drive capability building across the region Candidate Profile Minimum 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales Strong exposure to Generics and Ethical Sales Proven experience managing regional operations Demonstrated team leadership and performance management capability Strong market understanding of South India Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills Educational Qualification Graduate / Post-Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Management, or related discipline Employment Type Full-time | Regional Leadership Role
