Responsibilities Guide patients about eye care procedures such as LASIK, Cataract, Retina, and other treatments offered. Handle patient inquiries via call, WhatsApp, and walk-ins with professionalism and empathy. Convert potential leads into confirmed appointments and procedures. Maintain regular follow-up with patients to provide updates, reminders, and post-treatment care instructions. Coordinate with doctors and internal teams to ensure timely support and communication for patients. Maintain accurate records of the patient journey from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
