About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct regular yoga sessions tailored to the needs of each patient. 2. Listen attentively to patients to understand their physical and emotional requirements. 3. Teach proper yoga techniques and ensure correct posture and form throughout each session. 4. Provide basic guidance on nutrition to support overall wellness. 5. Encourage patients to complete the full course of therapy without dropping out. 6. Actively request reviews or feedback from patients upon successful completion of their sessions. 7. Maintain and build a strong rapport with patients to support trust and long-term engagement. 8. Along with your regular salary, we offer an additional $100 per session as a bonus for every patient you successfully retain throughout the full course of therapy (T&C applied). 10. Certified yoga instructor: Minimum RYT 200 or equivalent from a recognized institute (Yoga Alliance, AYUSH, etc.) 2. Experience in therapeutic or group settings: At least 1–2 years of experience, preferably with clinical, corporate, or wellness clients 3. Strong communication & listening skills: Ability to connect with patients, understand their needs, and offer clear guidance (as we are a USA-based company) 4. Adaptability in teaching style: Can modify sessions based on individual physical/emotional conditions 5. Knowledge of anatomy & wellness practices: Basic understanding of body mechanics, mindfulness, and nutrition 6. Professionalism & empathy: Displays compassion, punctuality, and a patient-centered approach 7.
