About the job: Key responsibilities: A. Customer Training & Support 1. Train clients in using our in-house marketing tools (CRM, automation, campaign dashboards, etc.). 2. Guide customers step-by-step through digital marketing processes such as email campaigns, social media ads, WhatsApp automation, and funnel setups. 3. Resolve client queries related to tool usage and marketing best practices. B. Digital Marketing Guidance 1. Assist clients with basic strategies in lead generation, branding, and online promotions. 2. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution. C. Personal Executive/Managerial Support 1. Manage daily meetings, calls, and schedules for leadership. 2. Prepare minutes of meetings, follow up on tasks, and ensure deadlines are tracked. 3.
