Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role in Nashik for a Quality Assurance Manager. The QA Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures, and lead audits and inspections. Responsibilities include managing the quality assurance team, overseeing activities related to raw materials, in-process checks, and final product release. The QA Manager will also identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to enhance product quality. Qualifications Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance Experience with audits, inspections, and creating effective quality assurance processes Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks Effective leadership and communication skills to guide the QA team and work with cross-functional teams Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields
