We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Overseas Education Counsellor who specializes in converting raw leads into business through telephonic interaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping students explore international education opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from raw lead data. Understand student requirements and provide guidance on overseas education options (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.). Convince and convert inquiries into confirmed walk-ins or applications. Maintain follow-up communication with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email until conversion. Accurately update and manage lead records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the admissions and documentation teams for smooth client onboarding. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and student enrollments. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Education or Marketing background preferred). 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (Education sector preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus). Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
