Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty in Commerce or Computer Science, based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The role includes designing and teaching curriculum in the respective field of specialization, preparing course materials, and delivering engaging lectures. The faculty member will also mentor students, evaluate academic progress, and participate in departmental meetings and academic activities. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Computer Science, Programming, and related areas Expertise in Information Technology and Cybersecurity Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design comprehensive and effective lesson plans Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to academic initiatives Minimum of a Master's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred) Previous teaching experience is highly desirable
