Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Field Services Engineer specializing in CT scan and MRI equipment. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and de-installation of medical equipment. Daily tasks include providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment. The role also involves extensive customer interactions to deliver exceptional service and support to healthcare providers. Qualifications Field Service and Technical Support skills Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance Strong Customer Service abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Experience with medical equipment and healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
