I thought to share the feedback because let people who is trying to invest let them know the benefits and greatness of the project. As I invested last year in SAS I'm getting a very good return and the property appreciation is also very high. I'm Very much happy with this kind of huge project.

Going to be a great landmark of hyderabad. Excellent location... Iconic design and construction. Going to be ready soon and will see great demand because of its unique location, features and proposition compared to other ready office, retail spaces

Thanks to sales team, I was planing to invest in flats but SAS sales team gave me clear picture and advantage of this property. Without any issues I have started getting good rentals. Year ago I have purchased now got 25% appreciation on my capital. Thanks once again.

I was wonder about the investment plan in the prime location so called Nanakramguda which is very affordable👍🏻 & Returns are best compare to other office space's Being an investor it is worth enough to grab the opportunity to get huge appreciations. A big thumsup to location & project design... …

I have been followed up by Square yards Team for investment in SAS i Tower 28th floor, I went to site where I had to stand for more than 15 minutes next to security. No chair to sit no roof. Sales team of Square Yards behaved very very …

Not sure who is giving these rating, but as an NRI I would warn not to invest in any of sas projects. I invested in SAS Itower in 2020, not a single rupee is giving and they are dragging the project for ever. They don’t reply to any queries and no updates on project status.

Great experience with sas itowers ,, getting good rental returns from past 1 year the architecture of this building is the main thing which i would appreciate looking forward to see once it completes its occupation ,, the idea of the rental appreciation and assured rentals is too good

I have come across many commercial buildings, but this one is best because of its prime location. And SAS infra will be listed in top 10 builders soon because of its new projects.
