Not sure who is giving these rating, but as an NRI I would warn not to invest in any of sas projects. I invested in SAS Itower in 2020, not a single rupee is giving and they are dragging the project for ever. They don’t reply to any queries and no updates on project status.

Great experience with sas itowers ,, getting good rental returns from past 1 year the architecture of this building is the main thing which i would appreciate looking forward to see once it completes its occupation ,, the idea of the rental appreciation and assured rentals is too good
