Daily tasks include training staff on sales techniques, implementing sales management processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training staff and developing sales techniques Analytical and strategic thinking skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work on-site in Dharwad Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
