Roles and Responsibilities Manage modern trade channels, including general trade sales. Develop and execute strategies to increase organic FMCG product penetration in retail stores. Build strong relationships with key customers across various retail formats, including fmcg , organic and rice distribution Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and improve overall performance. Sales coordination with Client to develop business through GT / MT / HoReCa. Desired Candidate Profile We have multiple Openings in Sales and Marketing for Area Sales Manager, Executive Sales and Graduate Trainees based in Jammu, Udhampur, Rajouri, Kathua & Srinagar with an experience ranging from 0 - 10 years in consumer products or related field, preferably in FMCG sales or modern trade management. Understanding of general trade sales, HoReCa sales, and organic FMCG markets.
