The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the early childhood & primary education sector, excellent communication skills, and a natural flair for leadership, parent engagement, and team coordination. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Administration • Oversee and manage day-to-day school operations in coordination with the School Director • Supervise teachers, support staff, and ensure smooth functioning of all academic & non-academic activities • Maintain discipline, school standards, and positive culture across the campus • Ensure adherence to school SOPs, safety rules, hygiene & compliance norms 2. Parent Communication & Admissions • Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and enquiry-based admissions • Counsel prospective parents with clarity, confidence, and empathy • Give school tours, explain curriculum & USPs, and convert enquiries into admissions • Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission conversion records with accuracy 3. Academic Support & Curriculum Coordination • Assist teachers in planning, structuring, and delivering age-appropriate curriculum • Ensure teaching quality, lesson planning, assessments, and learning outcomes are at par with premium school standards • Support teacher training, workshops, and academic development initiatives 4. Team Management • Lead, mentor, and guide teachers and staff to ensure a collaborative work environment • Monitor performance and classroom delivery and provide constructive feedback 5.
