We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support budgeting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor and manage cash flow and banking transactions. Support audits, tax filing, and other statutory compliance requirements. Coordinate with vendors and clients for account-related queries and settlements. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
