We are looking for a proactive and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our TikTok Shops and Shopify stores, managing everything from product sourcing to paid ads execution and operational sales performance. Responsibilities: Source and research trending, high-quality products from suppliers (e.g., AliExpress, local vendors) ensuring good margins, availability, and shipping reliability. Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, compelling descriptions, visuals, categories, pricing, and promotional offers to maximize conversion and appeal on TikTok Shop and Shopify. Set pricing strategies dynamically based on costs, competitive analysis, and sales performance to maximize profitability. Manage daily operations including inventory tracking, order fulfillment coordination, customer communication, and timely issue resolution to maintain seamless shop performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and creator teams to plan and execute paid ad campaigns on TikTok, leveraging influencer partnerships and UGC content to drive traffic and sales growth. Analyze sales data, monitor key performance metrics, and produce regular reports with actionable insights to continuously improve store performance and meet monthly sales targets. Ensure the product catalog and listings comply with platform standards and maintain a clean, up-to-date, on-brand online presence. Support promotional events, coupon offers, and live selling activities to boost engagement and revenue. Troubleshoot operational issues and adapt quickly to platform updates and market changes.
