Key Responsibilities:GST Filing & Compliance: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C). Reconcile GST data and ensure accurate reporting for clients. Assist with GST audits and respond to GST notices from tax authorities. Provide advisory on GST compliance and strategies to optimize input tax credit. TDS Filing & Compliance: Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q) on time. Ensure proper deduction and timely deposit of TDS/TCS for clients. Reconcile TDS payments and coordinate with clients to address mismatches in Form 26AS. Handle compliance for TDS corrections and generate certificates (Form 16/16A). Income Tax Filing & Compliance: Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities. Ensure compliance with income tax laws, including advance tax calculations and payments. Provide tax-saving strategies for clients to minimize tax liabilities. Assist clients with income tax audits, appeals, and respond to tax notices from authorities. Tax Planning & Advisory: Offer clients advisory services related to corporate tax, GST, and TDS matters. Develop and implement tax-saving strategies for individuals and organizations. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and inform clients about relevant updates. Audit & Client Relations: Support clients during GST, income tax, and TDS audits by preparing required documentation. Manage communication with government tax authorities and represent clients during tax hearings. Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support for all tax-related needs.
