SAP Project / Program manager

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership

  : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 20 associates, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

• Integration Delivery

  : Oversee end-to-end delivery of middleware and SAP integration projects using SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware.

• Application Development

  : Provide guidance on ABAP development, Fiori applications, and SAP Portal solutions.

• Stakeholder Management

  : Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.

• Governance & Compliance

  : Ensure adherence to integration standards, security policies, and audit requirements.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Drive automation, performance optimization, and adoption of best practices.

• Issue Resolution

  : Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting complex integration and application challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

• Middleware Expertise

  : Strong hands-on experience in SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware platforms.

• SAP Development

  : Proficiency in ABAP programming, Fiori application development, and SAP Portal administration.

• Leadership Experience

  : Proven track record of managing large technical teams (1520 associates).

• Stakeholder Engagement

  : Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

• Project Management

  : Ability to manage multiple integration and application projects simultaneously.

• Problem-Solving

  : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise landscapes.
• 10+ years of experience in middleware and SAP technologies.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large technical teams.
• Certifications in SAP CPI, SAP PO, IBM middleware, or related platforms preferred.
