- Minimum 8+ years working experience in SAP PP & QM modules
- Should have experience in SAP PP/QM with ECC & S4 HANA Solution end to end implementation and support experience- Must be able interact directly with customers to translate business requirements into Solutions.- Defend the Designed Solution with customers.- Must have exposure in DMS and good understanding of MRP.- Understand the Business Processes and sharing recommendations for leveraging technology to drive higher efficiency and/ or effectiveness-Expertise in SAP QM in the areas of quality inspection processes in procurement, production and delivery.- Experience in Notifications, Test equipment and calibrations, SPC, Quality certificates and standard reporting. Should possess sound integration knowledge of QM with PP /MM/SD.- Should have knowledge on business processes in manufacturing/quality and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP. Should have capabilities in handling Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes
Required Skills :
- Must have worked on 4- 6 years on implementation and support projects, preferably for Pharma - Good communication skills are a must with capability to drive requirement gathering workshops.- Excellent Client interaction, communication and Documentation skills.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.- Should be familiar with Incident handling, Change Management.- Must be familiar with standard practice like ITIL, SDLC .- Must be highly customer focused and understand the customer's service requirements.- Must have good academic records.
