SAP PLM Functional Expert

As an Infoscion, your main responsibility is to understand customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Support the SAP Recipe Development solution by replicating reported issues and providing solutions. - Collaborate with technical resources to execute the solution effectively. - Test the solution and provide knowledge transfer to the L2 support team and regression testing team. - Possess technical experience in SAP PLM, SAP Recipe Development, specifications, recipes, label sets, and BOMs, preferably for Food and Beverages clients. - Have a thorough understanding of the standard solution and experience in working on functional design documents for enhancements. Additional Responsibilities: - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to drive innovation, growth, and profitability. - Exhibit good knowledge of software configuration management systems and stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborative abilities. - Understand financial processes for different projects and pricing models available. - Identify improvement areas in current processes, propose technological solutions, and possess industry domain knowledge. - Showcase client interfacing skills, project management abilities, and team management skills.
