SAP ISU Billing Consultant

As an experienced professional in application maintenance and implementation projects, you will play a crucial role in supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases. Your responsibilities will include contributing to problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. Additionally, you will actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives while ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in ISU CRM projects, you will demonstrate your expertise in the electricity, gas, and water utilities industries across different regions including the UK, North America, and Europe. Your technical proficiency should encompass CRM ISU integration, end-to-end implementation and support projects, client-facing interactions, setup of rate structure and billing schema, price management, and analysis of billing and invoicing processes. Furthermore, your experience in configuring billing master data, tariff structures for metered and unmetered installations, as well as integration with device management and finance SD modules will be invaluable. In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be assigned to work at Infosys Ltd locations across various cities in India such as Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and others.
