Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP HANA administration, installation, patching, and upgrades.
• Perform backup, recovery, and database performance optimization.
• Monitor system health, alerts, memory, CPU, and database performance.
• Handle critical incidents and outages while adhering to SLA/KPI requirements.
• Support high availability and disaster recovery environments.
• Drive root cause analysis, technical troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to process improvements.

Preferred Profile:

• Strong experience in SAP HANA Administration.
• Good understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to work in a support environment.
