SAP Hana Admin & BASIS

As a SAP Basis & Hana Admin Technology analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and defining/suggesting SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your role will involve deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement, and daily operations. You will collaborate with an international, distributed, and multi-functional team, working in an agile mindset and methodology (SCRUM). You should have a graduate degree with close to 7 years of SAP HANA Admin & Basis experience, specializing in the design and configuration of SAP Hana. Your experience should cover areas such as HANA sizing, installation, upgrades, licensing, performance tuning, troubleshooting performance issues, system replication, backup and restore, table partitions, Mini check reports analysis, HANA Trace files analysis, user authorizations, and architecting SAP database migration and other Basis related projects. You should have a proven consulting background in providing technical delivery and advisory services, along with knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA migration. Your responsibilities will include administering and maintaining multiple SAP instances, introducing technical changes with a structured approach, using SAP SolMan tools like ChaRM and Job Monitoring, and engaging customers on requirements and delivery. You should have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders and European customers. You must have hands-on experience with tools like WebIDE for HANA provisioning, GITHUB, Jenkins, docker containers, artifactory, Xs client, node.js, and HANA transport for ABAP. Nice to have skills include knowledge of BW/4HANA migration, SAP authorizations, PIPER project, and usage of POSTMAN. You should also be familiar with SAP BTP administration, HANA cloud engines, Datasphere administration, network security, SAP SLT systems, SDA mechanism, and AI CORE. Your responsibilities will involve providing solutions, understanding business processes, defining/implementing SAP best practices, performing root cause analysis, and working with stakeholders to define processes. You will need to work in European work hours, provide on-demand support during holidays/weekends, and be responsible for service delivery of BTP services HANA CLOUD, Datasphere, and Data intelligence. Success in this role will be measured by ensuring on-time delivery, quality of projects, innovative solutions, customer satisfaction, and adherence to compliance risks.
