We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead or support data migration activities across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, EWM, etc.) in S/4HANA or ECC environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ETL processes, SAP data structures, and migration tools like SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit , LSMW , or SAP Data Services . Location - Bangalore ( Hybrid also available) Key Responsibilities Analyze, map, and transform legacy data to SAP-compatible structures. Extract, clean, and validate data from legacy systems. Create and execute data load plans for master and transactional data. Use tools such as: SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC, LTMOM) LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) BAPIs/IDOCs/Direct Input Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and data dependencies. Perform mock loads, cutover preparation, and final data migration. Support data reconciliation, defect resolution, and audit compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of SAP data migration experience Strong knowledge of SAP master data and transaction data (e.g., Material Master, Vendor Master, GL, Customers, BOMs, etc.) Hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation or migration to S/4HANA Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ETL tools Experience with data quality and data governance processes Familiarity with SAP functional modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.) Preferred Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield migrations ABAP debugging knowledge for data validation Familiarity with Agile or ASAP methodologies Knowledge of data archiving and retention strategies Certifications (Optional but Preferred) SAP Certified Application Associate Data Migration with SAP S/4HANA SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Data Services
