SAP BW Hana Consultant

As a Software Engineer specializing in SAP BW on HANA, your role involves utilizing your in-depth knowledge and experience to work autonomously. You will be responsible for the overall design, development, and implementation of SAP BW applications running on HANA. Your proficiency in solution design, development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting will play a crucial role in this position. Working in a global environment, you will need to have a hands-on approach and be capable of collaborating across teams and time zones. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as an expert in leading, designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise BI dashboards and reports. - Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP BW on HANA applications for the enterprise Business Planning process integrating with APO. - Develop reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and aggregate data from various sources. - Balance functionality, look, and performance to ensure an excellent user experience. - Collaborate with other teams to gather and document reporting requirements and utilize data sources/data warehouses to meet business needs. - Liaise with SAP Functional Teams to work on solutioning for all Gaps/Enhancements or bug fixes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP BW, data warehouse design, Extraction & Reporting. In addition to the qualifications required, the following knowledge, skills, and abilities are preferred: - Expertise in SAP BI/BW Data-warehouse. - Development of BW Objects, including Proto Typing & Technical Knowledge writing ABAP in transformation routines. - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Attribute views, Analytic views, and Calculation views, with the ability to create customized calculation views. - Knowledge/Understanding of Reporting tools BO/Power BI. - Good understanding/knowledge of Advanced BW Modeling, CDS Views, SQL & ABAP. - Exposure/Knowledge of OData service/binding the service, etc. - Worked/Knowledge of frontend tools like Analysis for Office, Power BI & SAC other reporting tools. - Data load Management, Event processing, and reporting Optimizations with proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.,
