SAP ABAP Developer (RICEFW + HANA + BRIM/FSCM)

Location: Pune, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in RICEFW components, HANA development, and experience in BRIM/FSCM solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing our SAP ecosystem, delivering efficient solutions that drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust SAP ABAP solutions, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirem[10:59 am, 29/10/2026] +91 93928 55742: nts and analyze system requirements to provide effective HANA and ABAP solutions.

Create and optimize HANA CDS views, attribute views, procedures, and perform HANA migrations and simplifications.

Implement integration solutions using various APIs like REST, SOAP, OData, and RFCs to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms.

Enhance SAP CRM and SOM components, leverage OOPs programming, and utilize BOL/GeniL programming for improved functionality.

Debug and resolve issues related to ODI, IDOCs, and event-driven scenarios while ensuring efficient order management.

Partake in Fiori and Gateway development to improve user experience and ensure system compatibility with modern applications.

Requirements:

Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in SAP ABAP design and development, with at least 8 years focused on RICEFW.

Proficient in HANA design and development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Technical experience in SAP BRIM and familiarity with components such as Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation.

Strong expertise in ABAP components: Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, and enhancements.

Hands-on experience with data migration and integration tasks, particularly in HANA and CRM components.

Solid knowledge of Fiori-based applications and experience with HANA migration and simplification.

Able to work in a distributed architecture with flexibility in scheduling; capability to overlap with US working hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced SAP technologies, including AMDP and ADBC.

Certification in SAP HANA or advanced SAP ABAP modules.

Familiarity with Order Distribution Framework (ODI) and troubleshooting methodologies.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
