About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow GRC Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Security Operations modules. The ideal candidate will be a certified ServiceNow Administrator or Developer, with the ability to design scalable solutions that address enterprise security, compliance, and risk management needs. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and manage ServiceNow IRM/GRC and Security Operations applications, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management. Build and enhance workflows, forms, integrations, and dashboards to automate and streamline GRC and SecOps processes. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and data sources for compliance, vulnerability, and risk management.Collaborate with compliance, risk, audit, and security teams to gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions. Advise stakeholders on best practices for leveraging ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps modules. Perform day-to-day administration, upgrades, and platform improvements. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ServiceNow platform issues. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security. Support organizational governance frameworks and compliance programs within ServiceNow. Develop risk indicators, controls, and automated compliance checks aligned with frameworks and standards. Enable reporting and analytics for regulatory and internal audit needs. Required Skills & Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. 3–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and administration experience, specifically with IRM/GRC and Security Operations modules. Expertise in configuring and customizing IRM/GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk). Experience with Security Operations modules (Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence preferred). Strong skills in ServiceNow configuration (business rules, client scripts, UI/data policies). Proficiency with Flow Designer, workflow automation, reports, and dashboards. API/MID server-based integrations and Integration Hub. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist or Security Operations Implementation Specialist certification. Knowledge of Information Security Frameworks (NIST CSF, COBIT), Standards (ISO 2700x), and Regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX). Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise risk management practices. Experience in agile delivery environments and startup culture. As a Healthcare Integration Specialist at Santan Intellect LLC, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining interoperability solutions between Epic EHR and Netsmart EHR platforms through Health Information Exchange (HIE). You will work with Epic Care Everywhere, Netsmart CareConnect, and related integration services to enable secure, real-time data exchange between care providers, referral networks, and partner systems. Additionally, you will configure and test healthcare data exchange workflows to exchange HL7 messages between Healthcare Organizations via HIE. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and support HL7 v2.x / v3-based interfaces for data exchange between Epic Care Everywhere and Netsmart CareConnect systems. - Work within Health Information Exchange (HIE) environments to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant data interoperability. - Configure and develop integrations using Epic Care Everywhere and Netsmart CareConnect. - Collaborate on integration workflows for 360X Closed-Loop Referrals supporting behavioral health and care coordination. - Map, transform, and validate clinical and administrative data across EHR systems. - Develop reusable interface templates and maintain version-controlled integration assets. - Collaborate with client-side Epic and Netsmart technical teams for accurate implementation of interface specifications. - Perform testing, debugging, and monitoring of live integrations to ensure reliability and performance. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and US healthcare data interoperability standards. Required Skills & Experience: - 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in EHR integration and healthcare interoperability projects. - Working experience with Epic EHR, Epic Care Everywhere, Netsmart EHR, and Netsmart CareConnect. - Experience with Health Information Exchange (HIE) frameworks. - Proficiency in HL7 v2.x, CCD/CDA, and RESTful API-based integration. - Design HL7 v2.x interfaces in Rhapsody/Cloverleaf/Mirth and implement C-CDA / FHIR document and API exchange via Epic Care Everywhere and Netsmart CareConnect. - Understanding of US healthcare data models, especially in behavioral health and referral management workflows. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.
