Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pimpri Chinchwad for a Worker. The Worker will be responsible for performing various tasks related to metal coating processes. Daily tasks include preparing metal parts for coating, operating coating equipment, monitoring the coating process, and ensuring quality control. Additional duties include maintaining equipment and workspaces, following safety protocols, and assisting with loading and unloading parts. Qualifications Experience with metal coating processes and operating coating equipment Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities Good physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy parts Attention to detail and commitment to quality control Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
