Financial Accounting Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP. Record purchase, sales, expenses, credit notes, and journal entries accurately. Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and bills. 2 . Accounts Payable & Receivable Prepare vendor payments, reconcile supplier ledgers, and track outstanding dues. Follow up for customer payments and monitor debtor aging reports. Reconcile customer accounts and raise debit/credit notes where required. 3. Bank & Cash Management Manage petty cash, bank entries, and daily cash book updates. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor fund flow. Coordinate with banks for payments, RTGS/NEFT, and other transactions. 4.Inventory & Purchase Coordination Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for stock entries and GRN posting. Reconcile monthly inventory and match with physical stock records. Track inward/outward materials and ensure proper accounting. 5. Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet supporting schedules, and expense summaries. Generate MIS reports for management review. Assist in budgeting and cost control analysis. 6. Additional Responsibilities Coordinating with sales and operations teams for billing, outstanding, and payment issues. Supporting management in financial planning and projections. Handling any accounting-related tasks assigned by seniors.
