The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, executing general receptionist duties, and using medical terminology accurately. The role includes assisting in the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring a seamless workflow and providing exceptional service to patients and visitors. Qualifications Possess skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette Experience with Receptionist Duties and Medical Terminology Knowledge and experience in operating within a Medical Office environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent qualification Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
