It is my request that this builder is worse then anyone in jaipur.don't invest in his property as Mr. Vikas Jain don't care his invester after getting his money even start earning by asking for maintenance by creating his own society forcefully by making people fool. And don't provied proper parking and guards in his buildings.

No parking and i have to visit police station to get my bike back. Every builder in jaipur providing parking space but he is not very bad experiance I was thinking to invest in his project but after watching bad situation of his projects I would request everyone to not to invest.

The maintenance team and CRM don't exist in the organization. The project locations are good, and project work is also good, but the maintenance team and CRM team is not at all responsive and solution to any issue is a myth with Sankalp Builders. Because of this, everything will go in vain.
