Location: Godrej Appliances Authorized Service Center Department: Service Operations Reporting To: Service Manager Job SummaryThe Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative, coordination, and documentation work to support daily service center operations. This role ensures smooth communication between technicians, customers, and Godrej systems while maintaining accurate records and reports. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer service requests, job cards, and service entries in the Godrej service management system Coordinate with field technicians for job allocation, status updates, and service closures Maintain records of service calls, spare parts usage, warranties, AMC, and invoices Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports Follow up with customers for service feedback, pending calls, and repeat complaints Communicate with Godrej regional office regarding service updates, claims, and compliance Maintain proper documentation and filing (physical and digital) Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communication professionally Support the service manager in administrative and operational tasks Skills & QualificationsGraduate or minimum 12th pass with relevant experience Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, Word, email) Experience in service center/back office operations preferred Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of appliances/service processes is an advantage Contact : +91 9529858945 EMail : salessanjay08@gmail.com
