Collect and compare quotations from vendors/subcontractors. Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender submissions. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for technical and commercial inputs. Maintain records of tenders, quotations, and bid submissions. Assist in bid evaluation and post-tender clarifications. Required Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience in tendering and BOQ preparation specifically in an Interior company is mandatory. Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and BOQ preparation. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Good understanding of construction materials, rates, and specifications. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
