Drain phone battery so fast. Due to this app my phone's battery change in every 6 - 8 months. I always need to open my gps location which makes my phone heat and my personal life is also on risk due to it's gps always on feature.

The app still needs a lot of development. Like it should be able to add info (e.g. DCR) from Web based. The app at times fails to respond. we need to do the sync multiple times, at times, clear data and look for an updated version, which is time consuming and very annoying.

Sanffe App stop working also automatically close app and it hang many time it has lots of bugs. Very slow and complicated functions to use. Old App was much better and easy Please replace it with old App.

We recently had the opportunity to attend an online presentation by a Samvigneshwari (SAM), and I must say, it was a truly engaging and informative experience. Despite the virtual format, SAM managed to captivate the audience's attention and deliver valuable content. We had given her few queries to comeback on the same on the product.

Issues take much time to resolve than expected. Ticket system should be stopped and issues should be resolved quickly as possible. Dedicated and sound technical person should have thorough knowledge of the portal.

Saneffa application is good app no doubt but frequently getting problem to login most of the time I did complete reporting after the second day report shows me un submitted.

Need improvement in tp (se selection window is very narrow only 4-5 names coming, wasting lots of time to search se names), also should show balance samples/input while reporting of every product

Overall app is good but Competitor brand are not properly placed for RCPA reporting, during slow Internet report will be done in offline mode but it can’t happen and taking to much time .
