Getting quotation from suppliers and ensure about the cost, quality and availability of material & product cost reduction through negotiation before purchasing Preparing Purchase Orders Material planning based on customer requirement Maintaining Raw Material Supplier Documentation and 5S in stores Preparing Daily / Monthly Stock reports Capex procurement Maintain and monitor minimum safety stock in store and operate the stock at economical level. Maintain required stock level to avoid line stoppages. Meet IATF 16949 Documentation requirements and customer audits. Responsible for monthly PV and yearly external audit. New programmed part actualization RM Price settlement and amendment Supplier credit and debit note settlement quarterly basis Preferred candidate profile B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, or MBA in Supply Chain 8 to 12 years in procurement in the engineering/manufacturing sector Strong negotiation skills, ERP software experience, knowledge of ISO standards Good communicator, team player, able to work under pressure Awareness of Inventory Management Knowledge of Strategic Source
