As HR Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborating with leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure seamless onboarding processes. You will play a key role in designing and implementing KRAs and KPIs across departments, conducting regular performance reviews, and supporting managers with performance improvement initiatives. Promote internal communication strategies that enhance transparency and trust across teams. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with labor laws and best practices. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on recruitment and performance management. Proven experience in setting up HR processes in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
