3+ years business systems analysis experience for large projects or programs of work. Experience in the development of documentation of business process, requirements and business cases in non-technical language, clearly articulating benefits. Experience conducting Demo’s and workshops for requirements gathering and validation including working with both internal and external technical experts Knowledge of information systems development, testing principles, project methodologies Define best practices for solution design, solution development, systems configuration, issue identification, and resolution. Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Deep dive a variety of ad hoc questions related to customer behaviours to get the root of the problem. Taking part in implementing of new systems and processes Taking part in supporting and remodelling/redesigning of customized software solutions More Specifically, We Are Looking for The Following Qualifications Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams Facilitate clear understanding of requirements and provide regular project updates Assist in test plan creation and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) Propose process improvements, stay updated on industry trends and contribute to best practices and methodologies.
