Through impactful initiatives, the Trust provides opportunities and support to help PWDs realize their potential and thrive. One of its key programs, the H.O.P.E. (Host Opportunity Promote Employment) campaign, fosters inclusive hiring practices and employment opportunities for PWDs in collaboration with businesses. Samvedna Trust also operates an innovative All-In-One portal, which connects PWDs with employment opportunities, entrepreneurship resources, community networks, and eCommerce platforms. By working alongside stakeholders, government bodies, and other partners, Samvedna Trust continues to advocate for equal opportunities and inclusivity for all. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR Executive cum Program Executive at Samvedna Trust, located in Vadodara. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer support and engagement to stakeholders, addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction, conducting outreach to promote programs, and coordinating CSR-related activities. The role also involves assisting in the execution of the H.O.P.E campaign and supporting broader program initiatives aimed at empowering PWDs, while maintaining excellent communication and documentation as part of daily responsibilities. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and enhancing the overall Customer Experience Strong ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders to promote organizational values Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to adapt to diverse challenges and collaborate effectively within a team Knowledge or experience in working with or advocating for PWDs is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
