Went to repair my Samsonite trolly bag , locked up number lock, forgot lock number, but hve opened bag the wrong way, Shop guy Mr. Steve very politely unlocked and corrected the whole zipper in no time. Fantastic job Steve, you are too good, moreover the showroom has plenty of new variants of latest model bags etc,.
