Horrible service. We waited for one hour after purchase because they didn't have warranty card. What kind of a place is this?? Is this an international brand??? Pathetic. Horrible experience. Not trustworthy. Pls staff is rude.

It's alright. We looked at the American Tourister backpacks but they didn't seem so durable. Not worth the price to be honest.
