Gave the suitcase for wheel change. This was beyond warranty period. I was told it will take 10 - 15 days. Even after 3 weeks no progress in the work. The person in the phone rudely tells me to talk to the mechanic. Will be collecting my suitcase back without any repair. Done with this shop

American Tourister has an international warranty. This store refused to do a repair stating that we should take it back to the place we purchased it. He was the most unfriendly person I have come across. American Tourister should train their front end people better.

This luggage store is situated on 27th main HSR. Has a wide range of luggage. The store manager is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
All servicing is not done instantly at the store. A service technician visits the store each week and the luggage is repaired during the visit.

I have been to this store a few times and I have always found good stuff. I have seen the same products in other stores.. but I always get some price difference here. It might not be huge, but certainly less then other places most of the times. If I have to buy a luggage I go to this place.

We had called them in advance for a laptop bag. They said it was available with them. We visited the store in the next 24 hrs and they didn't have the bag. Waste of time and energy. Very poor experience!
