I went to the Samsonite world market with my damaged travel bag which was purchased 6 years back. I was attended by one Mr Neeraj. His conduct was superbly customer friendly. I was handed over fresh replacement the very next day. Customer treatment by the company is exemplary.

Excellent service. We have got out suitcase repeated twice from this shop and both times service was excellent. Team led by Prashant was courteous and empathetic. The second time the suitcase was irreparable so he got us afull refund in store credit and while buying a new suitcase explained the features very nicely and patiently.
