Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tooling Manager at Samruddhi Industries Ltd. (SIL) located in Sangli. The Tooling Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of tools and dies, ensuring timely completion of tooling projects, managing tooling budgets, and coordinating with production and engineering teams to address tooling issues. The Tooling Manager will also implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in tool and die design and development Knowledge of tooling materials and machining processes Skills in project management and budgeting Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
