Sampling Master –Ethnic Wear (Women’s)

Rinwera Designs is hiring a Sampling Master to lead and manage the sampling process for ethnic women’s and kidswear. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cutting, supervising stitching, and finishing of high-quality ethnic samples. Strong coordination with designers and pattern masters is key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret design sketches and ensure accurate execution of samples
• Work closely with the designer and CAD team to understand garment construction
• Supervise tailors and embroidery units during sample development
• Manage timelines for sampling and ensure on-time delivery
• Guide the team in achieving proper fit, finish, and style
• Make necessary adjustments during trials and provide feedback to pattern and design teams
• Ensure fabric, trims, and accessories are correctly used as per design references

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in garment sampling (preferably ethnic wear)
• Strong knowledge of lehengas, kurtas, blouses, dresses, and kids ethnicwear
• Ability to lead a in-house team of tailors and finishing staff
• Familiarity with pattern interpretation and garment construction
• Understanding of embroidery placements and fabric behavior
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
