About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Woven Sampling Co-ordinator with strong expertise in woven garments and hands-on knowledge of Optitex CAD software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sampling lifecycle—from development to final approval—while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• End-to-end experience in woven sampling (development to approval)
• Strong technical knowledge of woven garments and constructions
• Hands-on working experience with Optitex CAD software
• Ability to interpret buyer tech packs and translate them into accurate samples
• Coordinate with pattern masters, sampling tailors, merchandisers, and vendors
• Ensure fit, construction, quality, and timelines are met during sampling
• Handle multiple styles and developments simultaneously with precision

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in woven garment sampling
• Strong technical and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and deadline-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sampling environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
