We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our schools marketing and admissions efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the schools reputation, increase student enrollment, and engage with parents and the community. This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, event planning, and public relations skills to effectively promote the school’s academic programs, facilities, and achievements. Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Branding Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to position the school as a top choice for CBSE education. Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels, including website, social media, brochures, and advertisements. Conduct market research to understand parent expectations, competitor strategies, and education trends.2. Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and update the schools website with engaging content, student achievements, and event updates. Develop and execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to enhance visibility. Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to attract prospective students. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies for better reach and engagement.3. Admissions & Enrollment Support: Work closely with the admissions team to develop promotional campaigns for student enrollment. Create brochures, flyers, and admission guides for prospective families. Organize school tours, open houses, and interactive sessions to attract new students. Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up with potential parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings.4. Community Engagement & Public Relations: Develop strong relationships with parents, students, alumni, and the local community. Write and distribute press releases, success stories, and school updates to media outlets. Plan and manage school events, competitions, and participation in educational expos. Collaborate with local influencers, education bloggers, and media to boost the schools presence.5. Event Management & Outreach: Organize and promote school events, including annual functions, science fairs, sports meets, and workshops. Represent the school at educational fairs and community events. Develop partnerships with local businesses, educational organizations, and NGOs for sponsorships and collaborations.6. Market Research & Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI. Monitor competitor activities, admission trends, and parent feedback to refine marketing strategies. Prepare reports on admissions, campaign performance, and future marketing plans.Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management. Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines. Experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and marketing software is a plus. Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools is an advantage.Preferred Skills: Experience in admissions and student recruitment for CBSE schools. Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and educational policies in India. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and school leadership.
